Ok so far I have completed the X-Stretch and I'm take a small break and I'm going to hit up Ab-x. I definitely was not able to do all the stretches but in time I believe my form will improve and my ability will increase. I did take my pictures this week and as soon as I get them off my camera I'll post them on my first post, that should stop return visitors lol (That is until day 90!).
Ok I've had enough of a break, it's time to start the AB-X!

Ok So I didn't do so great during this time period but I'm starting over on Day 7 with X-Stretch and Ab-X.

Day 1
Today I did the Chest and back workout, I made it roughly through about 45 minutes because I had to quite for work but tonight I'm doing the Ab Ripper X so that should make up for it.
Without a doubt I need more upper body strength because as of now Push ups and Pull ups don't work to well for me. (YET)

Day 1 - Day 29 P90x

T Minus 90 days and counting:
In the morning I will begin my first day on the P90x workout series. I will take my pre-P90x pictures in the morning and post them here to document the change and for motivation to change. Every 10 days I will post my measurements and my weight and every 30 days I will create a new blog with new pictures. Change is coming and I am ready for it.
Pre-P90x Stats
Weight: 245
Height: 5:8.5 (every half inch counts)
Chest with arms down to my side: 57 inches
Chest under arms: 50 inches
waste: 50 inches (this shocked me because my jeans are "38" and my dress pants are "44"
Right Arm: 15 inches
Left Arm 13 and 3/4 Inches
Right Thigh: 29 Inches
Left Thigh; 28 Inches
